You understand that when you submit a form or inquiry regarding platform infrastructure or resources, that form or inquiry is validated by Callaghan and then shared with the partner organisation that you have applied to for use/information about that infrastructure or resource. Your inquiry may also be shared with another partner organisation(s) to respond to your form or inquiry. This would be done on the basis that there may be a platform infrastructure or resources that may better suit your needs than the one you have identified. The request is both stored by Callaghan and also held in email form by the recipient organisation(s).

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment as co-funder of this initiative will have access to all requests or inquiries so that in addition to Callaghan it also can: Understand the nature of inquiries being made; and Contact requestors to understand their experience of the infrastructure, resources or use of the website; and to run (anonymised) data analytics to determine its success
